Some performances offer student ticket discounts. Apart from this, all other tickets must be purchased at full price.

For certain performances, commemorative tickets may be available. If interested, please inquire with the staff at the box office.

The lockers are located in front of Elevator A on the first floor of the Sea World Culture and Arts Center, where you can store your personal luggage and belongings.

Photography and videography are not allowed during performances. Please respect the artists and other guests by refraining from using flash or recording devices.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance starts to allow ample time for entry and seating.

We offer invoicing services. Please send your ticket order and invoicing details to our WeChat customer service account: yanyihulian. We will send the invoice to your email within 5 business days.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your plans are confirmed before purchasing. If the performance is canceled due to force majeure, we will refund your ticket purchase via the original payment method within 30 business days.

The website currently does not support e-ticket retrieval. To obtain your e-ticket, please visit the "招商蛇口演艺互联" WeChat official account, and click on the menu "境山剧场" → "我的票夹" to get your e-ticket code.
