Bay Area Melodies at Night · Episode 1 "Opening the Files" — Listening to Summer Night Stories in Melody
This Friday, as the gentle summer night breeze drifts in, we unveil the first episode of *Bay Area Melodies at Night*. Starting from the musical journey of legendary violinist Fritz Kreisler, we’ll immerse ourselves in the touching love story of a couple spanning over half a century, accompanied by the moving melodies and tales behind them.
For this special "Opening the Files" night, we’ve invited two outstanding musicians to perform and share their insights:
Violinist Kong Lingyi currently a lecturer at the School of Arts at South China University of Technology and an alumna of the Royal Academy of Music in the UK.
Pianist Joyce Leung， Chair of the Hong Kong Alumni Association of the Royal Academy of Music and an Honorary Fellow of the Academy in recognition of her outstanding contributions.
The event will be hosted by Music File Keeper" Jin Jing，whose warm narration will guide the audience through the interplay of music and life, transforming timeless melodies into stories that resonate in everyone’s heart.
