Zhu Daming, the first Chinese laureate of the Van Cliburn Piano Competition, has nurtured a lineage of exceptional pedagogues—including Zhong Ting, prizewinning mentor at the Grand Piano Competition (Mariinsky Theatre), and Wang Guanwen, whose students have triumphed at the Nashville Chopin Competition and U.S. National Chopin Piano Competition.
Together, these three masters have distilled their virtuosic artistry and profound musicality into Chen Han—a pianist now celebrated as China International Piano Competition champion and Naxos Records recording artist.
