This Friday (March 28) at 8:30 PM, Japan’s foremost guitar virtuoso, Daisuke Suzuki, will grace the Music Salon at Mountain View Theater in Sea World Culture and Arts Center, unveiling the extraordinary techniques of eight-string guitar performance!
1. Who is Daisuke Suzuki?
Japan’s most influential guitar master today, he effortlessly navigates diverse genres—from classical and jazz to bossa nova, film scores, pop, and his own compositions—showcasing breathtaking versatility.
Discovered by legendary composer Toru Takemitsu, even the revered "godfather of Japanese music" marveled at his talent upon first hearing him: "I’ve never encountered a guitarist like this."
